Actually, it looks good. It looks a lot like the Edge. That pic above is a little misleading.
There's a preview of it in myFord magazine that I get. Looks like no V8 - an EcoBoost 4 cylinder and a 285hp V6 as the engine options.
Speaking of new Fords, the 2011 F150 gets 4 engine options: 3.7 V6, EcoBoost V6 (think SHO motor), 5.0 V8, and a 6.2 V8 (around 400hp.)
